IT Applications Manager - Oxford - £45,000

My Client, a large national charity organisation, are offering a great opportunity for an applications manager with a broad understanding of technologies, software and development.

The IT Applications Manager is responsible for all business applications across the organisation, including improvement and implementation of projects and programs. The role will lead a team of application developers, data analysts and business systems subject matter experts. Under the leadership of the IT Applications Manager the team will lead the application design, development and delivery of business systems as well as define the strategy for our portfolio of COTS systems, ensuring that they inter operate as necessary to deliver business goals. The IT Applications Manager will also be responsible for oversight of the Trusts IT training program, including IT Inductions, Office 365 training and IT Security awareness.

You must have:

*Experience with a broad range of technologies

*Demonstrable experience managing and supporting IT applications

*Experience of troubleshooting, researching, and resolving complex computer system problems.

*Experience of leading large scale software deployments and upgrades

*Experience of managing complex data migration routines between software applications

*Software development skills in C#, ASP.NET, C+, SQL.

*Knowledge and skills in SharePoint development would be a distinct advantage
