CRM Solution Architect

Newcastle

Initial 3 Months

£500 - £550 per day

Our client is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support an MS Dynamics implementation within the UK. You will be part of a highly skilled team which specialises in solutions for large Enterprises based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform and associated Microsoft technologies in the business applications space.

Mandatory

* Must be BPSS cleared or eligible to be cleared, worked in UK PS projects.

* At least 10 years experience in application solution design in the commercial and/or public sector.

* At least 5 years experience with CRM applications in large, complex organisations

* Experience as a functional design lead, translating business requirements in to a functional CRM design and leading customer facing workshops, tying the design back to the key business processes.

* Strong understanding of organisational constraints and processes

* Organised and methodical person with strong understanding of project governance

* Relevant tertiary degree

Duties

* Leading role as consultant/solution designer. Ability to independently research, design, document, build and deploy solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies

* Work with specialist project managers, CRM technical architects, and CRM developers to provide client solutions in complex, large organisation environments.

* Assist project managers to define project plans

* Use Sure Step standards for all project deliverables

* Interview client stakeholders, assisting them to document requirements

* Architect complete solutions using Dynamics CRM and related technologies

* Work in both pre-sales and delivery contexts

* Strong written and spoken communications skills

* Team based work. Must communicate clearly and positively with colleagues and clients at all levels from janitor to CEO

* Ongoing, self-directed learning and education.

* Clients are typically C-level managers. Can combine multiple consulting assignments and create new consulting frameworks for delivery.

* Balances long-term investments against profitability. Is a leader in the business planning process.

* Assures that correct team is assembled for the engagement

Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
