We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a security company in Salford, Manchester. If you have business relationship management experience and an ITIL v.3 Foundation certificate, then you may be the Service Delivery Manager that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the IT Service Desk ensuring that all Service Desk staff record, prioritise and manage the life cycle of Incidents and Service Requests efficiently. You will have the ability to ensure that all Service Desk staff are fully trained to follow processes and procedures effectively. In addition to this, you will have people management experience such as 1:1s, appraisals, rotas, sickness and holidays.

What skills should you have?

* Business Relationship Management experience

* Able to work flexible and on call hours

* ITIL Foundation Certificate v.3

* Major incidents experience
