One of my large clients based at Macquarie Park are looking for a Change Analyst for a 6 month contract.

Role Purpose:

Support change activities required in order to achieve a successful result for all stakeholders: end users, the IS community, external suppliers and senior stakeholders. Work with the Programme Manager and project teams in order to conduct a detailed change impact assessment and develop a full business change plan. Specifically, the change analyst is responsible for:

* Creation of the change plan, communications plan and assist work stream leads with change activity

* Organise Change windows in consultation with the business contacts and program manager

* Creation communication materials e.g. email, FAQ, posters, 10-10, 1-1, elevator pitch, newsletters, survey responses

* Verify delivery and effectiveness of communications

* Manage enquiry/questions lines (email), open forums

* Schedule/coordinate migration outages, activity calendar and communication with key business stakeholders

* Billing process planning and execution

* Update the Programme Manager on any issues/changes/risks associated to the project in a timely manner

* Ensure Service transition documentation is actioned by the Customer Infrastructure teams

The ideal candidate:

* Experienced Change Management Professional

* Excellent experience creating Change Plans

* Excellent stakeholder management

* ADKAR or Agile Methodologies highly desirable
