Marketing Automation Manager (Eloqua)

For our client in Alphen aan den Rijn.

As an Eloqua Marketing Automation Manager you will be working closely with three separate marketing automation teams (in Belgium, UK, the Netherlands) to improve campaign effectiveness. You will be working heavily with the platform and be responsible for building customer journeys and workflows as well as delivering digital campaigns. You will also be tasked with segmenting data and analyzing data in the platform. In this role you work alongside senior marketing members to build and execute loyalty, acquisition and retention programs. You will have an expert understanding of marketing automation and will improve on existing customer journeys. You will implement new strategies, make recommendations for improvement, including designing and reporting on results of A/B testing, and liaise with three separate organizational teams.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum three years of experience administering a marketing automation platform.

- Highly proficient in Eloqua platform implementing trigger-based nurturing programs.

- Building and managing complex segments with input from marketing, Business Intelligence and loyalty teams.

- Managing backlog of user requests, determine prioritization, and maintain SLA compliance.

- Analyzing and interpreting key metrics/reports, recommending corrective action and ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.

- Ensuring required data is captured at all customer touch points.

- Writing and validating business requirements, workflows, process designs, reporting designs, functional requirements and any other campaign performance measures.

Any Eloqua certificates are a big plus.
