Are you an IT Administrator looking for training, development and progression in a multi-billion pound turnover company?

On offer is a personal training and development plan with a focus on developing your skill set to become a specialist in the company.

You are going to be part of an ongoing change project and a large part of this role will be managing an IT system and administrating it ensuring key customers are being provided a good service.

This role will develop into a flexible one where you will work closely with other departments, covering holiday and working on special projects and doing reports or presentations.

You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders and key clients so you will need to be confident, outgoing and have a high attention to detail.

This company has a multibillion pound turnover and is one of the largest lifting gear companies in the world. Due to their recent success, new business and promotions within the service team they are keen to expand their team of service engineers, they offer excellent training for people to progress to senior positions.

This role would suit an IT Administrator looking for training, development and progression in a multi-billion pound turnover company

The role:

*Manage and administrate the IT system used by clients

*Working closely with key clients and customers

*Write and present reports to key internal stakeholders (Directors)

The person:

*IT/Customer Administration background

*Previous experience of working on IT systems (Sage/Customer Support)

*Outgoing, Confident and good IT skills.
