MS CRM Developer, Dublin, 70,000 - 80,000 Euros

I am looking for some exceptionally strong Dynamics CRM professionals to come and work for my Gold Partner client in Dublin Ireland as part of their delivery team. They already have a strong global presence and have a good foothold in the Dynamics arena, now they have secured a very healthy pipeline of work they are looking to set up a Dublin based CRM practice and need the best possible people to help them do this! This presents itself as a great opportunity for a select few to get in at the very beginning and will surely prove to be a smart career move for ambitious individuals who want to climb the corporate ladder as quickly as possible.

The roles available are a Senior Developer and Senior Consultant, and both roles come with an excellent salary between 70,000 - 80,000 Euros, Bonus scheme, plus a whole host of other benefits and perks.

As to be expected experience and character fit are essential traits for this role and only the very best will make the cut so, 5 years minimum technical onsite experience and 3 - 5 full life cycle projects are prerequisites for the role. You will also be eligible to work in Ireland and ideally have a a full clean drivers license.

A minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in onsite technical roles with at least 3-5 full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics implementations, with strong expertise in the following:

Experience understanding configurations and customisations in Dynamics CRM, and how customisations can be avoided

Actively support our customers in all phases of a CRM project - from solution design, prototyping, development, testing to rollout

Familiarity across the Microsoft portfolio, not restricted to CRM/XRM

Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).

Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, web service programming, development and Application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the Internet

Ideal candidates will have certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft development technologies or MS SQL Server administration

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011 - 2016) Configuration and Customization, including plugins, custom workflow assembly, CRM form programming (scripting), custom page integration (embedding custom ASP.NET pages into CRM and using JavaScript to integrate with CRM forms) development

5+ years .NET (C#), ASP.NET (MVC), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) and WF (Windows Workflow Foundation) development experience

5+ years Microsoft SQL Server (including SSRS and SSIS)

Strong experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), including newer technology stacks

Unit Testing Frameworks (such as NUnit)

Good SharePoint, Office and Active Directory experience

Data integration and migration experience using multiple technologies and platforms.

Development of Portal Solutions used in conjunction with CRM

Experience using 3rd Party Applications with CRM

Knowledge Required:

Strong consulting aptitude including influencing skills, verbal and written communication skills, self-starting and self-motivation, leadership and facilitation skills, etc.

Strong technical leadership skills to lead others in delivering high quality software in line with agreed plans and milestones

Ability to identify and resolve critical technical issues.
