Salary: EUR55,000 - EUR60,000 per annum Depending on Experience + Benefits (Company Car, Pension, Medical, Bonus, etc)

LEAD INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Our client a leading Irish ICT organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their team based in Dublin

The Lead infrastructure Engineer will manage high end installations on client sites

Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer Responsibilities:

* Responding to service calls from end users as and when required.

* Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of IT related software and hardware.

* Provide extended support to staff that are off site as and when required

* Assume full ownership and responsibility of all allocated issues ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally and satisfactorily concluded

* Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with issues

* Work with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems

* Work with vendors/partners to resolve network problems

Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer ESSENTIAL Requirements:

* 7 - 10 years of experience supporting corporate and SME networks

* Current Microsoft certification - ideally MCITP (Server) or equivalent

* Excellent customer relations and troubleshooting skills

* Capable of installing Server 2012 R2, Hyper-V, Exchange, and Office 365

* Fluent written and oral English

Lead Infrastructure Support Engineer DESIERABLE (Not essential) requirements:

* A current MCITP (Enterprise Admin) or the 2012 MCSE

* Experience in an IT Services Company

* Other Microsoft certifications

* Experience in SharePoint, Office 365, Azure

* Networking experience

* (VLAN's, Routing, Scanning), router, and firewall configuration (SonicWALL, Cisco)

* Installing and migrating Windows servers

* Hyper-V experience

* Experience with Online Backup configuration and support
