The company:

You will work for a fast-growing high-tech company in the telecoms space who have been in business 11 years and who are in the process of expansion thanks to new exiting ventures and partnerships globally.

With four main products on offer, this role will have real variety in the work that you do and will suit someone who likes the challenge that a fast-paced environment offers.

Their office is South-Dublin based and is open-floor plan in a bright, open and modern space. Free tea/coffee and drinks are at your service all day long and you will be surrounded by friendly and people every day.

The team:

As Technical Project Manager/Scrum master your role will work closely across 2 teams of 19 people including other Project Managers, Product Owners and developers. You will deal with internal stakeholders mostly - this role is not customer facing.

The role will report into Head of Development level.

Technical environment:

Although not a concern for this role you might like to know that you will be working in a Microsoft environment and at present, agile is used loosely - this is where your role will have a huge influence.

JIRA is the agile tool of choice in this modern software environment as well as email status reporting.

Your role:

You will not be bored in this role as it really is all about variety. Your main responsibilities will be attached to project delivery overlooking all projects that fall under the four different product lines. Status reporting and tracking will be among your responsibilities in addition to making sure releases are planned and acting as scrum master on the team.

Releases take place once a month and projects are multiple so you will be kept busy and challenged in this role.

Your skills:

5-7 years industry experience working in a software development environment

You will have ideally worked up the ranks from software development into Project Management/Scrum roles

Demonstrated experience in status reporting and project planning and tracking
