Do you have experience in BIM Infrastructure Design or similar software, and want to be a Design Engineer for one of the largest and most prestigious names in the housing industry?

They boast over £700 million in turnover and a have an extensive portfolio of over 50 current residential developments. Needless to say, they are recognised as being one of the leading home builders nationwide.

In this role you will be designing all road and sewer networks for new build developments. Your role will also give extra insight into the full build process, as you negotiate planning regulations right through to their approval and liaise with site engineers to ensure builds are completed in line with design specification.

The Role:

* Design Engineer

* Using BIM Infrastructure Design Software (PDS, Autodesk Infrastructure, etc.)

* Designing Road and Sewage Layouts for new builds

The Person:

* Infrastructure Design experience

* Experience working on projects from start to completion design stages

* Experience in any infrastructure industry- (Housing industry experience a bonus BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
