Software Project Manager / Business Analyst
An award winning technology group are looking for a Project Manager with Business Analysis experience to join their team as they enter a period of expansion.
The Project Manager will be required to undertake a range of internal investigations and project manage the software development of the chosen solutions.
This position will suit a Project Manager who has previously worked in a Business Analyst capacity or a Project Manager who has strong experience in requirements and information gathering from customers.
In addition to the above, the successful Project Manager will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
* Significant commercial Project Management
* Business Analysis experience - Investigation, Process mapping, Documenting requirements.
* Experience of working on improvements to CRM systems. - Desirable.
* Proactive and confident in communicating across the business.
* Strong customer facing/management experience.
* Experience of chairing stakeholder or customer meetings.
* Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Previous experience of undertaking training, product demonstrations.
* Producing technical documentation.
* Prince2 or Project Management qualified.
* An IT or Business related degree.
* Previous Project Management or Business Analysis experience within the telecoms industry - Advantageous.
The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
* Undertake investigation and analysis of current processes
* Identify areas of improvement.
* Produce specification documents from business analysis findings.
* Identify the impact of change management.
* Production of full business cases.
* Full management of complex IT system projects.
* To ensure full systems testing is conducted.
* Assisting with creating systems strategy.
