Data Analyst - SQL - SSRS - T-SQL - Tableau - Maidenhead

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for ambitious Data Analysts who are looking for their next career move. My client is the leader in their industry, a global giant and also one of the most successful organisations not just in the UK but across the globe.

Working as a Data Analyst, you will be working with Mega/Tera volumes in data. You will be working as part of my client's marketing customer insight team which is spread across the globe as well as the UK. You will be trained, coached and developed into being an expert in your field. As part of your role, you will be required to perform analysis and provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to aid marketing decision making and drive business performance.

This is a salaried position paying up to £55,000 with some outstanding benefits. Some of which includes a great pensions scheme, training and certifications as well as a bonus.

Experience sought...

- Extensive experience in analytics and/or marketing analytics. Experience in B2C and e-commerce is preferred.

- Experience with web analytics tools strongly preferred

- Understanding Customer segments and buying behaviours to guide opportunity analysis.

- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, self-starter, comfortable with change and a creative individual with a strong record of professional achievement.

- Ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful business insights. Knowledge of test design, predictive modelling, and combining disparate data sources is a plus.

- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and other systems and tools associated with accessing, analysing and visually presenting data to a variety of audiences.

- Familiarity with Big-Data (e.g. Hadoop) environments and SQL experience would be preferred.

- Experience with Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics tools will be advantageous.

- Strong T-SQL & SSRS experience

- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Must be flexible and able to balance multiple projects concurrently. Candidate must be detail oriented, persistent, and enjoy working in a fast paced, results oriented and evolving environment.

- Exceptional communicator and collaborator. Must be able to clearly articulate, visualize and present analytical work targeted at both technical and non-technical audiences.
