Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst

Up to £45,000 plus 5-10% bonus 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working hours and wider benefits.

Computer People are working with a technology firm based in Nottingham City Centre on their search for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their thriving IT outfit. The firm have huge, ambitious plans for continued growth and are quickly becoming a major disruptor within their industry!

My client believe that all software should be built using an enterprise level mind-set. This is key because of their planned growth. They need software that will grow with them as a business and allow them to reach their full potential. They work with an ethos of "doing things right" and are already renown for building best-in-breed software applications using only the very best technology.

This is a great chance for a Technical BA to get involved in some of the most exciting, Greenfield projects in the industry.. working in very cool, brand new offices in the heart of the City Centre in an environment created with Agile software development in mind right from the start.

In short, we are looking for someone who can fill the role of a "Technical Business Analyst" - someone who brings a blend of strong business acumen and a good technical awareness of concepts and approaches. Your remit will be to ensure that analysis and documentation f business requirements are done at the right time, and only to the best standard!

I would like to see a Business Analyst from a software solutions background. This is key, as you'll join an incredibly technical environment and will be expected to work closely wit the Dev teams and technical leads, alongside an array of other business stakeholders. You will thrive on writing clear documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria. I am also looking for a real advocate of Agile - someone who will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of their Agile process.

You will find yourself working in a highly motivated, technically forward team, with a bunch of like-minded and extremely capable and likeable colleagues.
