Computer People are proud to be working exclusively with a market leader in Nottingham, on their search for a Senior Business Analyst to come on board and work across a plethora of highly complex IT projects.

This is a new role that has come about due to sheer growth and the businesses performance has never been greater.. They are absolutely thriving with a large change agenda ahead. IT is key to their success - They need systems and solutions that will grow with them as a business and allow them to reach their full potential and if they wish to sustain competitive advantage within their industry.

I'm looking for an experienced and Senior level BA to join a team of around 6 analysts with varying levels of experience. As a Senior member of the team you will work as the Systems Analysis Manager's deputy and assist with developing/mentoring team members.

Your day to day role will involve functional analysis, design standards and the implementation of best practice and assurance. You'll be well versed in creating test plans & cases, defect management and have the ability to translate business needs into realistic and achievable IT solutions that will contribute to really driving the business forward and achieve competitive advantage within their market place.

You'll have a solid track record of working as a dedicated BA within a fast paced IT environment where requirements can change at a moments notice. You'll have knowledge of all stages of the the business and systems analysis life cycle and be a logical thinker!

You'll be able to come in and quickly build relationships across IT and the wider business whilst demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role is heavily stakeholder focused so I am really looking for somebody who is able to influence, challenge, and engage well with stakeholders and senior members of the business.

In relation to the company culture it's fairly informal - the team are close knit and whilst they work hard, they know how to have a laugh too! Retention is good, and they treat their people well.
