The role involves assisting the Engineering Manager, deputising in their instance and playing a hands on leadership role. You will have day to day variety, have involvement in the service department's strategic development and be able to develop your own leadership skills in the process

The Role:

*Assistant Engineering Manager

*Assisting with the running of the workshop and engineers

*Helping engineers to maintain the depot's fleet of vehicles

*Office and workshop based

The Person:

*Automotive background

*Managerial/supervisory experience

*NVQ level 3 in motor mechanics
