1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst required for a leading client in Uxbridge on a contract basis
This position is a 6 month contract in the heart of Uxbridge. There is a chance to transition in to permanent employee with this role
The IT support analyst is responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support on all aspects of IT infrastructure as well as daily BAU.
Hardware and software support for office based customers and remote support Additional IT project work may be required as part of this role. Procurement and liaising with suppliers is also required.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* IT experience (Can be Graduate to Senior level)
* Good understanding of IT technologies such as networking, Servers, desktop and application support
* Knowledge of Active Directory tasks
* Exchange 2010 and above
* Windows 2008 Server
* Experience with SCCM is desired
* MS Lync / Skype for Business knowledge preferable
* Network experience (LAN)
* Ability to work in a team
* Good Communication skills
* Prioritising Skills
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Strong time management skills
* Solution/Results-orientated
* Attitude of continuous system improvement
* Reliability, Flexibility, Diligence and Proactive
* Previous Support experience required but our client will consider Graduates
