IT Analyst - Service Desk& Virtual Learning - London 6 month

An IT Analyst-Service Desk& Virtual Learning is required for a 6 month contract based in London.

Rate: £200 per day (DOE)

Location: London

Start date: ASAP

I have an immediate requirement for a Higher Education provider in the London on a 6 months contract to work on a Moodle, Mahara system.

The University is looking for candidate who will act as first point of contact on the IT Helpdesk with responsibility for the initial logging and assessment raised by all users and VLE system.

You will be part of a team whose focus is to support the VLE. The successful candidate need to have previous knowledge of how VLE system operate, university administration, syllabus and course content.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to demonstrate their skills via VLE and a basic understanding in the function of networking.
