Business Analyst
A high profile organisation with national coverage, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
The successful Business Analyst will be required to build strong working relationships with stakeholders to establish the needs and requirements of the business. The Business Analyst will then be required to work with the project and development teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
The successful Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Significant experience of business analysis.
* Experience of business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification, methodology development and business process improvement.
* Previous experience of overseeing the design, development and implementation of IT and business solutions, systems and products.
* Solid communication skills, with the ability to communicate with non-technical and technical staff.
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
* The ability to prioritise and execute tasks.
* Experience of adapting to different environments in order to deliver results.
The Business Analyst's Responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with business and IT teams.
* To have a full understanding of existing business processes.
* The application and use of appropriate modelling tools.
* To undertake the capture, analysis, verification and documentation of requirements.
* Investigation of operational requirements.
* Business case preparation.
* Creation of process models.
* Participation in the QA of solutions to ensure fitness for purpose.
