Quality Manager / Quality Director / IT Quality Director / £50-55k / StaffordshireA leading content management solutions company are looking for a Quality Director / Quality Manager to join them and manage the Quality Assurance function whilst working closely with senior management, client and customers alike.ResponsibilitiesYou will be accountable for achieving high quality and improving performance which encompasses systems, procedures and policies. You will be responsible for complying with safety standards and legislation.This role will require you to manage and direct internal & external quality management.

'€¢Managing Quality Assurance / Quality Compliance objectives and goals.'€¢Gathering and analysing data and producing statistical reports.'€¢Managing the companies quality and product programme'€¢Maintain a product supply / introducing new products'€¢Providing external quality management'€¢Maintaining delivery frameworks and validation procedures'€¢Review training methods'€¢Managing team of software testers

Experience:

'€¢Working in a quality management environment'€¢Good understanding or experience with software applications commercially'€¢ISO 9001 in an IT industry'€¢ISO/IEC 27001'€¢Running validation processes (desirable)'€¢Prince 2 methodology (desirable)

Qualifications:

'€¢Member of the Chartered Quality institute or equivalent'€¢Quality management diploma or equivalent'€¢Quality Management certificate or equivalent
