Graduate Business Analyst

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to work within our IT solutions team. The graduate will have the opportunity to work on several key IT projects for Kingspan’s core systems; SAP and Salesforce.com.

The individual will have the opportunity to work closely with SAP and Salesforce specialists, both in house and through external consultancies.

The ideal person is someone who finished their degree about 12-18 months ago. Someone who has been studying business, IT or management accountancy and would like to work with one foot in each camp of IT and business with the link of SAP ERP/SalesForce.com.

Responsibilities;

· Define configuration specifications and business

analysis requirements

· Perform quality assurance

· Define reporting and alerting requirement.

· Help design, document and maintain system processes

· Own and develop relationship with the business and the

system solutions team, working with them to optimize

and enhance our integration.

· Communicate key insights and findings to project teams

· Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve

monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to

the business.

Requirements:

· A degree in Business Studies or IT / Computer Science

or other close fit degree for the role.

· Some experience in analysing data to draw business-

relevant conclusions and in data visualization

techniques and tools

· Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including

technical writing skills
