My Client is seeking a JD Edwards Program Manager, they are in the process of consolidating ERP systems throughout all Business Units onto the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP platform. The Program Manager will lead and manage the divisional JDE shared services implementation team. The team consists of project managers, solution architects, and functional leads (both internal staff and external consultants) that drive the attainment of the division's road map of conversion and implementation projects. Current E1 version is 9.0, and they look to upgrade to 9.2.

Lead multiple JD Edwards conversion and implementation projects, in the role of project leader (or project manager depending on the scale and needs of the project).

Manage a shared services team of project managers, project coordinators, and functional consultants; coordinate the efforts of external JDE Edwards functional consultants.

Work closely with stakeholders at all levels including business leadership, executive teams, project teams, and business users.

Interface with the JD Edwards shared services technology team, and with external managed services providers.

Interface with other divisional teams including infrastructure, business intelligence, e-commerce and EDI, supply management.

Assist with departmental and capital budgeting, resource planning, resource acquisition.

Prepare and present divisional ERP program reports and presentations.

Participate in or lead as needed various internal business and technology councils and other groups.

Lead continuous improvement of the staff composition, skills, and training of the implementation team.
