This is a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Design Manager who has worked with multi-million pound projects for a main contractor, looking to join an award-winning and constantly expanding construction company.

The Role:

-Design Manager in bespoke multi-million pound construction projects across the UK for a range of blue-chip and public sector clients

-Based in their impressive office in Liverpool, leading the design team and overseeing the work on-site, taking concept design through to completion

-Permanent position with an established construction company offering an excellent company package and progression

The Person:

-Design Management experience working for a main contractor

-Experience in multi-million pound developments and high rise projects

-Excellent knowledge of construction process from pre-construction to delivery
