Excellent opportunity for a Quantity surveyor to join a rapidly expanding organisation, who are offering the chance to progress to a Senior QS and further to a managing Quantity surveyor.

Are you an experience Quantity Surveyor? Do you have a degree in Quantity surveying, construction management or equivalent?

The company specialises in civil engineering and groundwork contracting. They work with a wide range of clients from large developers, contractors, Local authorities to private individuals. Due to the company's expansion and doubling in size in the last 3 years they are looking for a dedicated Quantity surveyor to join their team.

You will be based in the office 60% of your time and onsite 40% of your time. You will be responsible for the commercial management of your portfolio of projects and assist with the maximisation of profit. You will be working closely with the procurement team to sort out day to day commercial and contractual issues to ensure valuations are complete.

The ideal candidate will be a quantity surveyor who has a Civil or groundworks background. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a rapidly expanding organisation.

The Role:

* Quantity surveying on Civil and groundwork sites

* 60% office and 40% on-site

* Ability to work on multiple projects

* £45,000-£50,000 + Car/Car allowance + Bonus + Pension + Training + Progression + Excellent benefits

The Person:

* Quantity surveyor

* Degree in Quantity surveying or construction management or equivalent

* Civil or groundworks experience desirable
