Graduate ERP Business Support Analyst, £25,000, Bedfordshire

Exciting opportunity for a Graduate Business Support Analyst, with experience in supporting ERP/ CRM, for a unique opportunity in the Bedford region. The role provides a competitive salary up to £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with a great benefits package and opportunity to progress.

Duties of the role will involve:

- Providing user support on my clients ERP system/ Standalone IT applications

- Troubleshooting ERP application system issues - 1st line support

- Business process analysis and review

- Maintain/ write Crystal Reports and SQL Queries

Candidates will hold a strong appetite for development within the ERP arena, and hold an interest in growing a functional analyst skill set around IT application projects.

Confident communication skills with stakeholders and internal users is an essential part of the role on offer. A professional personality is essential, and previous experience in the support of users in person and over the telephone is required.

My client is an exciting, global business with offices UK wide, who have a number of interesting projects they are looking to roll out within the business. The require a candidate who can provide:

- At least 12 months application support experience (ERP - eg. Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, JDE, Sage, Epicor, Prophet)

- Crystal Reports/ SQL experience

- Understanding of departmental functions - business analysis experience

- Experience within Manufacturing/ Supply Chain environments (Ideal, not essential)

- Strong interpersonal/ communication skills, ability to support users face to face and remotely
