Project Manager (Construction) - Gyms/Retail/Leisure

You will be based within 60 mile radius of Manchester, Covering UK Wide

Circa £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Expenses Paid + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Project Manager looking to play a key role in the success of an expanding and industry leading company that offers ongoing career development?

On offer is the opportunity to join an international and industry leading company where you will work on high value projects whilst representing a global brand.

This is an international company who dominate the market within their industry and they are looking to continue in their expansion in the UK. They are looking for a Project Manager to lead in driving the business forward by managing all commercial aspects of projects end to end in the build of new gyms, re-fits and extensions.

This will suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to work for a blue chip company and help drive the expansion plans forward.

The Role:

- Managing multiple projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new gym builds

-Managing designers and project teams as well as managing third-party contractors to deliver projects to deadline and plans

- Controlling budgets for all projects, delivering proposals and progress reports

The Person:

- Proven Project Management experience

-Ideally worked within Retail/Gyms/Leisure/Shop Fit-out but this is not essential

- You can be based within a commutable distance of Manchester
