My client is a specialist provider of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion & Taleo), ERP Cloud and PeopleSoft services. Success with recent nationwide projects and investment into a growing practice has allowed them to bring on new and seasoned functional consultants.
This role is pure consultancy with a chance to be at the forefront of large scale projects, a chance to cement your HCM Cloud skills in a fast growing partner and with benefits such as remote working and expensed travel.
What my client is looking for:
*5-8 years consulting experience
*Oracle HCM Cloud consultant on at least one full implementation
*Proficient on two or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Performance, Taleo Recruitment, Onboarding or Learning.
*Background in EBS HRMS preferred but not essential
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to draw out requirements from SMEs and end-users.
*Able to successfully manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
