The Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics is a member of the IT Senior Leadership Team in a company that give back to the community - Working with a key remit to support IT in becoming a business-oriented organization focused on aligning the overall IT Strategy with the Group's evolving business and digital strategies.

Responsibility will be to;

*Define and deliver a business intelligence and digital analytics strategy at a commercial and operational level covering business enablement and market alignment, supplier selection & management, financial structure and development delivery model(s).

*Develop and deliver communication to keep the Group senior management community & key stakeholders informed & educated on the business intelligence and data analytics roadmap.

*Take ownership of data to establish a programme to improve awareness, usage, quality, adoption and governance of data.

Knowledge & Experience:

*Demonstrable experience implementing and managing business intelligence and analytics activities in at least a mid-size organisation (i.e. 1000+ staff).

*Comprehensive knowledge of ETL and data architecture and management techniques for web and mobile systems.

*Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across projects and engaging with third party service providers.
