Energy & Sustainability Project Co-ordinator

My client have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join them on a 3 month initial contract with liklihood of extension.

The skills that they are looking for are:

1. Manage complex projects, programmes and contractors in relation to the delivery of the initiative

2. Lead on preparation of bids, estimates and budgets in relation to the application for external forms of funding to implement energy and sustainability initiatives

3. Knowledge of energy related funding opportunities and the principles required to bid for and attract available external sources of funding

4. Knowledge of the way energy efficiency data is produced and measured and the impact of energy efficiency works on this rating

5. Technical knowledge of thermal efficiency, cold bridging and u-values and an understanding of poverty factors and indicators

6. Knowledge of the complex energy market and the principles of working with utility companies
