Are you a CNC Engineer Looking for specialist training and personal development to progress as a CNC Trainer within a word class manufacturer?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to help train the next generation of manufacturing engineers within Rolls Royce. Candidates without any training experience can receive training to become trainers.

You will be employed by an award winning training association who have partnered with Rolls Royce to provide full training programs for their manufacturing apprentices.

This role would suit a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Instructor with a well-rounded knowledge in Manual or CNC Turning and Milling and programming. Candidates with a Level 3 NVQ in Engineering or Manufacturing or similar.

The role:

* Planning a delivering Level 2/3 manufacturing apprenticeships

* Teaching and assessing practical and theory work (CNC Milling/ Turning/ Programming)

* Working with up to 50 apprentices

* Structured Training to plan and deliver your own courses

The Person:

* Experienced CNC Engineer

* Experience with Manual or CNC Machining, Milling and Turning, CNC Programming or offline programming

* Must be at least level 3 qualified in engineering or manufacturing (NVQ, HNC, C&G Level 3, Apprenticeship or Similar)

* Looking for training to become a trainer
