Business Intelligence Analyst

My client, a leader in their field, is recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide a comprehensive business intelligence, market research and trend analysis function. You will also lead the commissioning of research from the Data Services Team, providing professional advice where appropriate, to underpin the overall business intelligence programme.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- Experience in providing a comprehensive business intelligence, market research and trend analysis service, utilising appropriate methods and techniques to pro-actively support business decision making

- Experience in developing and delivering enhanced reporting of key drivers of change to improve decision-making within the organisation using existing and new resources and datasets as required.

- Experience in pro-actively identify key indicators and methods of monitoring them to measure the performance and quality of services and applying customer knowledge in order to produce reports and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

- Experience in leading in conjunction with the other Business Intelligence Analysts the development, commissioning and implementation of new market research and data collection requirements and make recommendations for their delivery working closely with the Data Services Manager and Team.

- Experience in creating, maintaining, analysing and providing management and statistical information to support the work of other sections within the business and external clients.

- Experience in identifying problems, transforming and relating information from different sources and identifying possible or actual causes and then developing solutions to the issues identified.
