A thriving organisation in Leicester is looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their team. If you can demonstrate experience in Windows and Citrix infrastructure design, then you could be the Infrastructure Support Analyst that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will promote the effective use of applications, working with users in a one to one or group training environment. You will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when resolving incidents and fulfilling relevant work requests, working closely with IS specialists and suppliers. In addition to this, you will display excellent communication skills when liaising with stakeholders regarding processes on changes, upgrades, incidents and effectiveness of applications. If you have the ability to design and test configuration changes to applications, then we want to hear from you.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Proven track record of working on the whole project lifecycle

* Windows Server 2008/2012 experience

* Knowledge of Active Directory, AD Integration and ADFS

* Understanding of Exchange 2010 and Google Apps for Business
