A Web Developer is required for a 6 month contract based in the West Midlands. Please note this is a public sector contract within IR35. A Web developer with the below skills is needed to assist in the redevelopment of 30+ wordpress sites and other new requirement into a DNN (DotNetNuke) platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
-.Net/DNN development
- Accountable for delivering high quality frontend and backend functionality to support the enhancement of DNN Content Management platform, following Agile principles. - Responsible for the migration of a portfolio of sites into DNN CMS. - Gathering, following and implementing business requirements. - Integrating 3rd party solutions/modules - Fixing issues found in business acceptance and/or solution testing. - Working closely with project managers, business Analysis and team members to ensure code quality, accuracy and correct business solutions has been developed robustly. Skill Set
* 3+ years HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
* Advanced Javascript and common frameworks and libraries (jQuery, Backbone, Ember etc).
* Form application design and implementation data capture to MSSQL
* Advanced use of Bootstrap and/or Foundation frameworks.
* Thorough understanding of designing and Implementing CSS
* Front End performance/rendering optimisation etc.
* Progressive web app development.
* UX, IA and UCD methodology experience.
* Agile experience
* Technology Exposure
* NET stack/.NET MVC.
* Visual Studio toolset.
* DNN v8 v9 Web CMS development.
* Cloud Azure
* TDD/BDD methodology.
* Microservice architectures.
Rate - £350 - £400 Per Day (Inside IR35) Length - 6 Months Location - West Midlands Start - Immediate
