They are looking to grow further but hiring a number of developers and one of the most critical hires is a Tech Lead / Architect with extensive experience in Java development. Someone that can lead by example and make critical decisions about how the team and tech function operates.

The salary for the Java Tech Lead / Architect is up to £80,000 + hardware of your choice, pension, flexible working, shares in the business and more. They are a flexible business that allow people to work from home occasionally as well!
