IT Analyst- London, £30,000

We are recruiting for an IT Analyst to join one of the largest professional bodies in the UK. Working in some of the most impressive buildings in London the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the constant upkeep of the IT networks.

The IT Analyst will be responsible for working shifts depending on business requirements and on a rota.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Analyst:

* Provide key support to the IT Network systems.

* Support technologies such as LAN, Wifi, Telephony, firewalls and switches.

* Provide expertise to various teams such as sales teams to assist in setting up spaces for demonstrations.

* Complete support calls to agreed timescales and SLA's.

* Provide desktop support when required.

* Assist with the set-up of the AV and conferencing equipment.

* Represent the company at all times when attending events.

Experience and Skill set required for IT Analyst Role:

* Cisco networking and Wi-fi infrastructure knowledge including ASA Firewall.

* VLan configuration and bandwidth administration.

* Good experience with Microsoft office and windows 7/8/10

* Knowledge of setting up A/V equipment for conferences, filming etc would be beneficial but not essential.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Brilliant team player and able to assist team members expertly.

The IT Analyst will be required to work shifts and do some weekend work if required. You will work 5 days out of 7 but candidates must be willing to be flexible on days and hours worked.

The IT Analyst position is based in London.

The IT Analyst role will pay a salary in the region of £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
