Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience designing with Inventor looking for ongoing specialist training within a fast growing company where you will have the opportunity to progress into management?

On offer is the chance to work on a range of bespoke projects for a well-established and specialist design and manufacture company who offer ongoing opportunities to technically progress and develop through expert training.

This company boast an exceptional reputation for quality and reliability and are rapidly expanding due to consistently increasing demand. They specialise in the design and manufacture of a wide range of bespoke plant and machinery within two specialist industries.

With this role you will working on a range of custom-made projects producing prototypes and products using Inventor and AutoCAD within a close-knit team from the Walsall office. You will also be working with the shop floor teams and managing the designers throughout the projects from conception to completion.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for ongoing training, technical development and the opportunity to progress into management within an expanding specialist company.

THE ROLE:

*Designing prototypes and products from concept to meet customers' specifications.

*Using Inventor & AutoCAD.

*Managing Design and Shop Floor teams to ensure a smooth process to completion of manufacture.

THE PERSON:

*Mechanical Design Engineer.

*Experience using Inventor & AutoCAD.

*Looking for training and progression into management.
