PMO Analyst to be based in London on an initial 6 Month contract. PMO with experience working within Regulatory or Legal environments, Business Change and exposure to software delivery.
Job Title - PMO Analyst
Location - London
Rate - £ 350 per day
Duration - 6 Months
The PMO Analyst will support Workstream Leads for major Programmes within Legal UKI. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Programme Management Group in its programme execution, communication and delivery.
The PMO Analyst will provide reporting transparency for senior stakeholders on a timely basis to agreed quality standards. They will provide ad-hoc analysis and management reporting that will be shared with all stakeholders and will actively seek opportunities to improve reporting and communication.
The PMO Analyst will partner with delivery partners (Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts etc) and other stakeholders to ensure that the service offering is fit for purpose.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
The PMO Analyst will be instrumental in a range of Programme activities, supporting the Programme Managers in the follow areas:
* Streamlining reporting, report automation and trending analysis
* Base-lining and managing standards and templates
* Communications timetabling and implementation
* Stage gate analysis and support for the UK delivery
* Support in preparation of PowerPoint decks to be presented at Programme Board meetings.
Scope and Impact
The key area within this role is driving analysis and insight, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders for the relevant programme activities within Legal UKI.

* MI Reporting - Expert
* Microsoft Project - Proficient
* Very experienced in report design and production
* Good analytical skills
* PMO experience - ideally in a Regulatory or Legal environment, with exposure to software delivery, business change and/or go'to'market activities.
