Project Operations Manager - Digital / Web Agency

A brand new opportunity has just become available for a Project Operations Manager / Head of Operations to join this market leading web / digital agency at their Head Offices in Hertfordshire.

Within this strategic role and reporting into the MD, you will help to drive key projects across their various teams ensuring the successful delivery of key projects from concept to implementation.

In addition, your role as Project Operations Manager / Head of Operations will include:

* Working closely with their high caliber Senior Management team

* Strategic Planning around new product launches

* Full Project Management life cycle

* Product Design - with a particular focus on UX / Customer experience

* Ongoing projects and being the Champion for all project delivery

The successful Project Operations Manager / Head of Operations will need some of the following skills and experience:

* Project Management of complex projects, preferably within a web / digital environment (e.g. agency side)

* A variety of experience across web, digital and technology projects

* Proven experience of working within a strategic capacity

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* UX / user experience background would be a bonus.
