Fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to play a pivotal part in a rapidly growing corporation that can offer you the chance to develop and progress in a varied and challenging role.

This company are a leading housing organisation in the South West of the UK. Due to their ongoing success and expansion plans, they now require a Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead on a range of new developments.

In this role you will lead on developing risk analysis as well as undertaking duties of a principal designer in relation to health and safety. You will also be required to co-ordinate development in regards to procurement.

The ideal candidate will be a project manager with experience in pre-construction and housing development looking to progress and take the next step in their career.
