Do you have experience of estimating within the Construction industry?

The company specialises in civil engineering and groundwork contracting. They work with a wide range of clients from large developers, contractors, Local authorities to private individuals. Due to the company's expansion and doubling in size in the last 3 years they are looking for a dedicated estimator to join their team.

This person will be responsible for working with the Commercial Manager and Surveyors to take off and prepare accurate bills of quantities. You will also need to prepare tender submission letters in accordance with the company procedures. You will be responsible for reviewing pre-contract tender documentation and ensure that it is in accordance with company policies.

The Role:

* Estimator

The Person:

* Must have experience of estimating within the construction industry

* Must have experience with Pre and Post tender

* HNC or civil engineering degree beneficial
