My client, a global IT innovator are searching for a Business Change Consultant to work with a variety of clients to deliver sustainable change.
Business Change Consultant, London, Telco, Up to £95K
Your role:
You will be working in the telecommunications and media sector- the most vibrant and prosperous area of the business, delivering a wide range of client projects working with Tier 1 global communication and media organisations. You will be working alongside top telecommunications talent in the UK and will be welcomed into a supportive and sociable team environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Vision and transformation planning
* Stakeholder analysis and management
* Change readiness assessment
* Change impact analysis
* Communications management and production
* Business process management
* Business case development and benefits management
* Training, learning and development management and delivery
* Workshop facilitation
* Data analysis and presentation.
Key skills:
* Knowledge of the business change process
* Strategy, transformation planning and business change
* Experience working in consultancy with high-performing, collaborative teams.
* Excellent client facing skills
* Telco and/or Media industry knowledge
* Impeccable standard of written, spoken and presentation English.
