This company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the dedicated team based within their well-known retail client in central London. They would love to hear from candidates with retail experience, or a keen interest in learning about e-Commerce, Omni-Channel retailing, Business Intelligence technologies, and software.

They have been providing big names in retail and hospitality with award winning IT services and solutions for the last 18 years.

Where will you be working?

You will be working with the team based within the head offices of their well-known retail client in central London.

What will they ask you to do?

You will be exploring and understanding the underlying retail business processes of our client and gather business requirements for system changes. You'll be requirements gathering using various methods, brain storming and holding workshops to fully understand the requirements that bridge the gap between their retail business and the solution.

Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills, you'll be providing updates on progress, problem solving, and prioritising bug fix/retests to meet the agreed timelines of projects, enhancements and change requests.

If you have a desire to gain a recognised BA certification, they can support you with this.

Is this role for me?

- Extensive experience in a BA role.

- Previous experience of working within a retail business, preferably a fashion retailer.

- Proven ability to assess the wider impact of change, based on initial requirements.

- Experience of a shared supplier service.

- The ability to work in a team and as an individual.

- The ability to use Agile BA and problem solving techniques, e.g. Six Sigma

- Good presentation skills.

- Good communication and consultancy skills.

- A natural curiosity, with a keen eye for detail.

- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

- A good understanding of the software development process.

- An excellent understanding of the retail business process.
