Job Title:Director of Digital Solutions

Location: London or Zurich

Salary: Negotiable + Bonus

Start Date: ASAP

Travel:European 50-70% depending on rollout.

Language: English - (French or German would be a nice to have)

Background

My client is an established, global professional services firm, who are the number 1 in their field globally. With a Multi-Billion Dollar turnover, you will be responsible for the delivery of the global digital strategy, responsible for rolling out solutions Internally & Externally.

You will be responsible for the following:

*Roll out Digital Solutions in accordance with the global strategy

*Build a scalable business to ensure quick growth and a quick Return Of Investment.

*Working across multiple regions to ensure that the digital strategy is adhered to

*Setting standards and ensuring consistency in the business models and roll-out plans of ventures across geographies, i.e.

oPurpose & Positioning: Ensure global approach and oversight

oProduct: Ensure global approach and oversight

oPrice: Develop revenue models & pricing

oPlace: Design Go-to-Market approach and roll-out plans

oProcess & People: Build & support Operating models for ventures

oPerformance: Develop ambition and appropriate KPI system

*Identify & Develop Digital business Opportunities & develop proposals & scopes of work as required.

*Support the Sales teams to win new business incorporating digital products & services

Essential Experience Required:

*Development of Start-ups

*Developed and led implementation of Digital strategies

*Has held responsibility for a multimillion P & L

*10 years plus work history

*Built & led teams

Desirable Experience:

*Digital Marketing experience

*Product development

*Managing companies
