Business Analyst - Oxford - £40,000 - £50,000

The Company

Spring are recruiting for a highly reputable global brand who require a Business Analyst to manage and ensure successful end to end delivery of technology based projects. The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a variety of projects based around systems and business processes focusing on supply chain, ecommerce and digital capabilities.

You will have excellent technical knowledge being able to translate business needs into technical requirements, and translating technical information for business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will analyse and document all current processes and needs whilst facilitating investigations and workshops, developing and maintaining close links with stakeholders at all levels, analysing business needs, propose options and contribute to project planning.

Responsibilities

*Documenting requirements with stakeholders

*Supporting business stakeholders in creating user stories and agile backlogs

*Conducting feasibility and cost/benefit studies, and preparing business cases

*Defining and adapting business processes

*Providing input to project plans, resource plans and the selection and adoption of appropriate delivery methodology

*Collaboration on the design and selection of solutions

*Oversee implementation of solutions - managing the evolution and prioritisation of needs, and checking against business requirements

This opportunity is an exciting role requiring an individual with excellent analytical, problem solving and people skills, including:

*High level of Technical knowledge, able to translate technical solutions into language stakeholders understand

*Appreciation of all aspects of IT. E.g. software development, support, service level agreements, production environments, configuration management, security etc.

*Experience using a wide-range of techniques for eliciting and documenting requirements and modelling systems, including writing use cases and user stories

*Business analysis methods best practice and skills (e.g. UML, BPNM etc.)

*Experience of both agile and waterfall/iterative agile project delivery

*First rate communication skills, and ability to influence senior non-technical and technical staff

*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to concurrently work on several projects and deliver on time and to budget, to appropriate quality levels

*Team player, who is comfortable working in a fast moving environment

In return for your skills my client is looking to pay £40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus a bonus for the right candidate. Based in Oxford.
