As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be leading the planning and delivery of bids and proposals for all business areas. Leading a team of around 10, you will manage the day to day delivery of these bids, while also working to improve the strategy and drive the business forwards.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will have a lead role in the bid process for international clients, where you can implement your own ideas, in an environment where you can further your career.

The Role:

*Planning and delivery of international, multimillion pound bids

*Leading a multi-disciplined team of around 10

*Improving strategy and driving improvements

*Working closely with Head of Programmes and Head of Sales

*Senior Bid Manager

*Management of teams of around 10

*Handled multimillion pound international bids

*Ideally from software, hardware or cyber security industry

*Ideally SC cleared
