Front Office Business Analyst - IRD's

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a Boutique Investment Bank in the City of London. This Business Analyst will work in the Front Office, with a focus on supporting the Interest Rate Derivatives Desk.

This Business Analyst will join a Boutique sized bank with around 250 employees in London (near St. Paul's), who are part of one of the world's largest financial organisations. The Bank has a specialist interest in Capital Markets & Securities, and they provide financial expertise in this area. They have a unique offering, having the security of a large organisation coupled with the autonomy of a smaller company. This Front Office Business Analyst will join the bank's Change & Transformation Team, which looks after all of the trading systems & Trade Desks across the bank. As a Front Office IRD focused Business Analyst, you will work closely with Trade Support to understand what is required from the Front Office, and you will look after all business and system change relating to Interest Rate Derivatives in the front office. You'll be joining a small company so naturally you will work in a broad role, and you will get involved in everything from systems change to regulatory change.

The ideal Business Analyst will have experience working as a Business Analyst within an Investment Bank. You should have exposure to the Front Office and excellent IRD's knowledge, with an understanding of the trade lifecycle. A background in IRD's Trading / Trade support with recent experience working as a Business Analyst would be advantageous.
