We're looking for an experienced designer to join a thriving SaaS organisation in the role of Senior Architect. Are you a passionate and talented coder with a decade of experience designing and implementing complex systems? If so, then you may be the Senior Architect that we've been searching for.

What will you be doing?

Due to an increase in the company's client base an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join a forward thinking, fast paced organisation. Reporting to the CTO, you'll be joining a team of four talented architects, working on one of the most advanced products within the proven commercial application.

You will show confidence when driving key technology and architecture decisions within the company, in regards to scalability, performance, resilience, security and data reliability platforms. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be utilised when conversing with both technical and non-technical audiences. If you're a natural leader with demonstrable experience working in SaaS based and Agile development environments, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Who should you be?

* A technical talent with extensive knowledge of virtualised/cloud computing multi-tenanted architectures that have been designed for high performance, high availability and scalability

* A professional with experience of building systems in the face of challenges associated with real time data processing, big storage, analytics, web and mobile applications and enterprise integration patterns

* An individual able to demonstrate knowledge of a range of technologies (e.g. Java Spring, JavaScript, JS frameworks, Android, Camel, Json, AMQ, Spring Data Mapping, CEP, RESTful Web Services, MongoDB, Sparc, Casandra)

* A technical enthusiast with a degree (or equivalent) in a numerate discipline, as well as a Bsc in Computer Sciences or similar
