My client are looking for a Java Team Lead to join their team. This client are a one of Europe's leading software consultancy require a team leader for their team of 3 developers. They will be responsible for the full technology lifecycle and making sure deadlines and expectations are communicated.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for;

*Leading a team of 3 developers

*Delivering bespoke applications

*All aspects of the project delivery

*Mentoring less experienced members of the team

*Ensure than project expectations are clear

The ideal candidate will have;

*Experiences with Java, Spring, JQuery and Angular JS

*Excellent communication Skills

*A willingness to travel UK Wide

*Experience with Restful Web Services

*A desire to lead and mentor a team
