Are you an Estimator with a background in building services looking to work for a market leader in property maintenance offering?

This is a superb opportunity for someone who has worked in the public sector looking for a role with an expanding company

The company are a market leader in delivering maintenance solutions across a range of sectors and are continuously expanding. They have over 30 sites across the UK with this position in particular being a new position in the East Midlands region.

In this role you will be responsible for the overseeing company records ensuring the company's high quality standards are maintained by liaising with their specialist operations team.

This is a great opportunity for an estimator with a background in building services looking to work for an expanding market leader.

*Regional Estimator

*Monitor production of tenders, bids and quotations

*Liaising with operational team
