Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (£27,000 - £35,000) - Derby

This role would be suitable for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or someone who is already an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

A Top UK Main Contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on wide ranging and varied projects.

The company is working on some of the UK's largest Infrastructure contracts.

They have a very strong reputation as an excellent employer and are offering the Quantity Surveyor a good benefits package that includes a company car or car allowance, generous pension and 25 days holiday.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

-Experience working in the civils, infrastructure or utilities sectors.

-NEC contract experience (ideal)

-Able to manage own workload and projects

-Experience working and dealing with sub-contractors

-Strong cost management and reporting skills

-Able to deal with multiple projects at the same time

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Rugby

Other benefits: Company Car, Pension, 25 days holiday
