Project Manager to be based in London on an initial 6 Month contract. The ideal PM will have experience implementing and integrating a new global Benefits platform.

Job Title - Project Manager

Location - London

Rate - £ 400 plus per day

Duration - 6 Months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Creating and managing reports across the project

* Collating and validating meeting/workstream papers on a defined timescale

* Creating and management of a Project plan detailing key milestones and resources

* Supporting reporting requirements

* Partnering with PMO from Supplier to co-ordinate task management

* Raising and management of Frameworks

* Management/Coordination of Project RAID Log

* Challenge approaches and champion Quality and Governance

* Co-ordinate and lead with Project audits and manage actions

* Mange the process mapping/integration requirements

* Manage change within the Delivery Framework

* Manage and maintain configuration management

* Relationship Management and engagement with all stakeholders across time zones

* Monthly reports for Steering Committee

* Produce and maintain Organisation Chart

* Manage workstream meeting logistics

* Budget Management

* Management of Portfolio documentation (Network Drive Folders/SharePoint)

* General Support

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

* Experience of having worked as a Project Manager previously, ideally in the HR/Reward space and within a global environment

* Mature stakeholder engagement and communication skills

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

* Microsoft Project

Desirable:

* Financial Services background

* PRINCE 2 Foundation or Practitioner

* Managing Successful Programmes Foundation or Practitioner

* SharePoint

* Experience of working with Workday / ADP systems
